Prof. Bo Song
Biography
Bo Song is now a professor in National Key Laboratory of Science and Technology on Advanced Composites in Special Environments, Harbin Institute of Technology. He received his B.S. degree (2003) and M.S. degree (2005) from Wuhan University of Technology, and Ph.D. degree (2008) from the Institute of Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and then joined Harbin Institute of Technology. In 2013, he was promoted to full professor. He is recipient of National Natural Science Fund for Excellent Young Scientists Fund (2017) and National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars (2022). His current research focuses on the electrocatalysis and energy storage, 2D materials synthesis, and third-generation semiconductor optoelectronic devices. He has authored or co-authored over 200 SCI papers.
