Dr. Dou Zhang, postdoc of Harbin Institute of Technology, is mainly engaged in the research of hold and release mechanisms based on shape memory polymer composites and their aerospace applications. She has published 5 SCI papers as the first author in journals such as Composites Part A: Manufacturing and Composite Structures, and authorized 2 Chinese patents. She was awarded the 2021 Ten major scientific and technological progress of China's colleges and Universities in 2021 (ranked 8), and Scholarship from China Scholar Council (2021).
