Biography Fenghua Zhang is a professor in the Center for Smart Materials and Structures at the School of Astronautics of Harbin Institute of Technology. She obtained her Ph.D. degree from Harbin Institute of Technology in 2017. From 2014 to 2016, as a visiting scholar, she does her research work at the University of Cambridge (UK). She has published more than 90 SCI scientific papers and 40 issued patents. She also served as a deputy Editor-in-chief of the International Journal of Smart and Nano Materials and as a Young Editorial Board Member of Research. She has been elected as a Committee Member of the Additive Manufacturing Medical Devices Committee and a Committee Member of the Chinese Society for Composite Materials (CSCM). Research Fields: Shape memory polymers (SMP), Multifunctional nanocomposites, 4D printing, Electrospinning smart fibers, stimuli-responsive microcapsules, smart structures and their biomedical applications.
